Mr. Rohit Gulati is qualified CA (1997 batch). He has worked with Religare Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, ICICI Bank, PwC and Ballarpur Industries in his career spanning over 23 years. He was heading Religare’s Investment Banking business in his last role. He has extensive experience across investment banking, corporate finance, stressed assets management and investing.

Mr. Shaurya Arora is an MBA from IIM Bangalore (2005), an engineer from IIIT, Hyderabad and an alumnus of The Doon School. He has worked across organizations such as Religare Capital Markets, WL Ross, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. He has extensive experience across private equity and investment banking. He was responsible for structured finance advisory business in his last role as Director in Religare Capital Markets.

Ashish Aggarwal is a rankholder Chartered Accountant (2001 batch). He has worked with IDBI Capital, ICICI Bank, Jindal Steel & Power and Sembcorp. He has extensive experience into project and corporate finance and debt markets. He was also a co-founder of an MSME focused NBFC.

Ayushi Mittal is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a dual qualification of LLB and Master degree in Corporate Laws. She is responsible for the legal, compliance and company secretarial functions at UTI Capital. She has a diversified experience of handling legal and compliance matters in various segments of the BFSI industry including setting up of a new AIF. Prior to joining UTI Capital in 2021, she has worked with SMBC, PNB Housing Finance and DMI Finance.

Narsimhan Seshadri

Mr. Narasimhan Seshadri holds an M. Com. Degree from Bangalore University and an MBA degree in banking and finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has vast and deep experience of 40 years in the banking industry both in India and abroad. He was associated with Bank of India as whole time director and Canara Bank at senior management positions. Mr. Seshadri was the member of many committees/sub-committees constituted by the Government of India /RBI etc. including for MSME, Risk Management & Basel III, Consortium Lending and Multiple Banking etc. He has many research papers/articles published to his credit. Mr. Seshadri also has been active for social causes in the capacity of President of temples in Karnataka and Bangalore. He is also widely travelled to more than twelve countries and knows six languages.

Imtaiyazur Rahman

Mr. Imtaiyazur Rahman has over 25 years of experience in management and business leadership. At UTI Asset Management Company Limited, he heads the functions of finance, accounts, taxation and board related matters. He also heads information technology, administration, estates, and co-ordinates the private equity arm of UTI Asset Management Company Limited. is also in charge of the global operations of the company and is on the board of UTI International (Singapore) Ltd. and its offshore funds. He was a director on the board of Association of Mutual Funds in India (“AMFI”). He has been the convenor of the AMFI committee on foreign investment. He is also on the investment committee and capital market committee of IMC. He has been with the UTI group since 1998 and with the UTI Asset Management Company Limited since 2003. Prior to UTI Asset Management Company Limited, he has worked with Bells Controls Ltd, Leasing Finance India Ltd and Sumeet Machines Limited etc. Mr. Rahman is a Science graduate, FICWA, FCS, CPA (USA) and GAMP (ISB-Kellog).
Srivatsa Desikamani

Srivatsa Desikamani is Non-Executive of the Company. He is Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at T. Rowe Price. He is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. In his current role, he oversees the development of firm wide strategy, strategic initiatives, corporate development, and merger & acquisition activities for the firm. From 2013-2021, he was at Janus Henderson group (JHG), most recently as the Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development and an advisory member of the Executive Committee. He led the areas of corporate strategy, strategic finance, planning, and corporate development at JHG. While at JHG, he led the merger of Janus Capital Group with Henderson Plc, the acquisitions of Kapstream Inc. (Australian Fixed Income manager), Velocity Shares (Exchange Traded product manager), the divestiture of Geneva Capital Management, and other significant strategic ventures. Prior to Janus Henderson, he was at McKinsey & Co. in New York, where he served a variety of global asset management, banking, and financial services firms and was a leader in the asset management vertical within Financial Services. He has a bachelor’s degree, in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, MS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, and M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth. He has more than 15 years of asset management and financial industry experience. The shareholders approved his appointment as a Non-Executive Nominee Director at the Annual General Meeting held on 25th July, 2023.
